Hi, I'm Laura and this blog is a portfolio of all the things that excite and inspire me, primarily being film, travelling and the brain, with a few explorations into social issues. I know, I'm supposed to be building brand strategy by showing I have 1 or 2 specialised interests in order to reach a specific demographic. Well, even though I've done this whole routine with many clients, I just didn't really feel that I wanted to do that for a blog for and about myself. So, here I am stripped naked for you; someone with many identities who often gets lost in various threads of thought and finds it very therapeutic to consolidate all those threads into articles. Oh and I have an insatiable interest in people. Hence, the shameless Virginia Woolf quote on my header. So, welcome to the emporium that is my exploration of life through writing.

I have been working in freelance content for almost 2 years now for blogs, websites, review articles, journalistically and more. I also specialise generally in SEO, research and establishing a content's strategy.

Recently returning from living and teaching high school students and adults in South Korea, I now am writing freelance full-time, while preparing for a masters in Cognitive Neuroscience. On the side, I take all and any opportunity to travel and allay my easily-bored disposition.
